DevScan crawls your site and tests it in a real Chromium browser: broken links and assets, server errors, JavaScript and network errors, performance lab metrics (LCP, CLS, TBT, TTFB and page weight), automated accessibility rules (axe-core), SEO metadata and indexability, mobile layouts on five screen sizes, and passive security configuration (HTTPS/TLS, security headers, cookies, CORS, commonly exposed files). Paid plans add configurable API checks, user flows, monitoring and load testing.
No. DevScan never changes your code or your site. It finds problems, explains them, and generates a precise prompt you can give to a coding agent such as Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot. You stay in control of every change — then you retest to verify.
Coding agents are fast, but only as good as the instructions they get. DevScan turns technical evidence into a structured prompt with context, evidence, constraints, a safe fix order and verification steps — so agents make focused changes instead of rewriting unrelated code.
Only with permission. Every scan requires you to confirm you are authorized to test the site. Basic scans are passive and lightweight; load testing and other high-impact features require verified domain ownership (DNS, file or meta-tag verification).
Load testing sends many simulated visitors to your site at once to see how it behaves under traffic. DevScan uses k6 with fixed, safe presets, automatic abort thresholds and an emergency stop — and only on domains you have verified.
Virtual users are simulated visitors making requests at the same time (about one request per second each in our presets). Results describe behaviour under that specific test configuration — they are not a guarantee of how many real users your site can support.
No. DevScan performs passive configuration checks, not a penetration test. A clean result means no issues were detected by the checks performed. Every report lists what was tested, what was not, and the limitations.
Scans, AI Fix Prompts and load credits are counted per billing period (aligned to your subscription's renewal date; calendar month on the Free plan). Quick Scans also have a daily fair-use limit. Your Usage page shows live counters and the reset date.
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We ask for optional feedback but never block cancellation.
Nothing is deleted immediately. Your workspace moves to the Free plan: projects beyond the Free limit become read-only, monitors beyond your slots are paused, and detailed history follows the Free retention period. Aggregated score history is kept longer.
